Last day

We spent the last day installing the fans and plugs on the inside and stuccoing the outside of the house. Then we dedicating the house in a very moving ceremony. Prayers were offered to the family and Father Zuniga blessed the house and sprinkled it and us with holy water. Father Zuniga told us that this family never asked for a house but pray faithfully for others to get a house. He said that they truly deserved this house because they thought of others more than themselves. We sang Santo and Jesu tawa pano in English and Spanish. The family was very thankful. Thank you all for supporting us. Without your support we couldn't be here. The words to Jesu tawa pano express it best:
Jesus, we are here; Jesus, we are here; Jesus, we are here; we are here for you.

Enjoy the pictures.

Daniel

A group of us went to Daniel's house to finish sheetrocking. It turned into a bigger job than we anticipated but everyone worked together sharing jobs. A great day! We even saw Priscilla a child from a previous house build. Here are some pictures from Daniels house.
